An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of a talented, experienced Clinical Nurse Manager who possesses a genuine commitment to providing high quality nursing care within our care setting.
As the Deputy Manager, you will work with the Nursing Home Manager to provide strong clinical leadership throughout the 24-hour period, ensuring the care offered to residents is of a high quality, planned in negotiation with the resident and is individualised to their needs. This will be achieved with support from the clinical nursing team.
You will lead by example and co-ordinate the multi professional nursing team under the supervision of the Nursing Home manager and working closely with your team to push for continuous improvement daily. You will provide person centred and quality driven care and ensure that you make every day better for the people who live in the home.

- Experience of leading & managing a team, ideally within a management role, within a health care setting
- Strong clinical skills
- Drive and focus to provide excellent customer service and quality of care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and an up to date understanding of care service practices, legislation, regulations and standards
Hours of work
37.5 hours / 5 days per week (working flexibly)
Participate in the on-call system
Salary & Benefits
Salary is 35,000 + per annum depending on candidate experience and skill level
6 weeks holiday entitlement per annum (pro rata)
